Our
kids program is a group strength and
conditioning class designed to help
children learn more about their bodies
and develop their physical fitness.
Our classes help with cardiovascular
endurance, weight control, increasing
motor skills, and strengthening athletic
coordination and agility.
We
hold our classes at Golden West College
Track and Field
(15744 Golden West Street, Huntington
Beach, CA) on Saturdays at 10:00 am.

Our Fit Kids Camp will change
the way your child feels about exercise
and fitness. They will learn to incorporate
a healthy lifestyle into their young
lives that will help them excel in
academics, athletics, and socially
throughout their lives.
The camps for kids are held year round.
Fitness is something they have to
do for more than just 2-3 months out
of the year. They touch on all the
fitness components, as do the adults.
They have shorter active sessions
to allow for some talk and conversation
about health & fitness topics.
This will help the parents at home
in getting them to eat healthier and
allow them to make better choices
when they are not with their parents.
